Return Period
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provide a prepaid shipping label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at stylist@bkistudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
